Burlington Wine & Food Presents:  A Rare Culinary and Wine Pairing Experience!

Burlington Wine & Food invites you to an elevated evening of flavor and insight. This guided tasting event features:

 

  • Chef Kevin des Chenes, known for his appearances on Beat Bobby Flay and Chef Wanted

  • Chef Brian Duffy, famed for Bar Rescue and his nationwide culinary consulting

  • Master Sommelier Robert Jones, one of just 279 Master Sommeliers in the world

​Each chef presents two signature dishes, each thoughtfully paired with a wine selected by Robert Jones. Throughout the evening, he’ll offer perspective on balance, structure, and pairing technique.

 

It all takes place in the intimate setting of the Viking demonstration kitchen at the Essex Resort.
