It’s time to “shake it up” with Burlington Wine & Food and the Vermont Bartenders' Guild, as we present the 6th Annual "Great Shakes" Cocktail Competition at Waterworks!

 

Join the area’s best bartenders as they compete to see who can craft the best cocktail “on the fly.” See all the action up close in the Waterworks bar area, as the contestants craft their libations using local spirits and festival sponsor “Casamigos” Tequila, along with other “secret ingredients”.

 

A panel of industry veterans will judge each of the entries based on presentation, taste, and creativity. Your ticket includes a sample of each of the cocktails, and you'll also help us select the “People’s Choice” award by voting for your favorite cocktail.  There will be drawings for prizes, too!                                            

The party starts at 4 p.m., and only 50 tickets are available to this event at Waterworks Food & Drink, 20 Winooski Falls Way, Winooski.  Tickets are $25 plus tax, and 10% of ticket sales will support your local bartender’s guild.  Reserve your seat by calling (802) 497-3525.
